Roy Hennig named Senior Vice President of Sales; Nik McLeod promoted to Vice President of Publishing

Toronto, Ontario – Canada, December 20, 2022 - LyricFind, the world’s leader in lyric licensing and data solutions, is proud to announce two senior executive promotions. Roy Hennig has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales, while Nik McLeod was named Vice President of Publishing.

Roy Hennig has been part of the LyricFind team since 2009 in a variety of Sales roles. Roy’s leadership of the LyricFind Sales team has been a driving force behind LyricFind, contributing to over 40% revenue growth in 2022 alone.

In his new role as Senior Vice President of Sales, Roy will continue to lead his team in LyricFind’s core markets, as well as emerging products such as Lyric Videos and LyricIQ.

For the last 15 years, Nik McLeod has contributed to LyricFind’s success on both the Publishing and Content teams. Nik’s time on the Publishing team has seen him sign thousands of licenses with music publishers all over the world. As a result, LyricFind has the largest set of lyric licenses in the world, and its lyric database has grown to over 7 million unique recordings. Nik’s efforts have led to payments to music publishers increasing every year of his tenure.

In his new role as Vice President of Publishing, Nik will oversee the department's international licensing efforts in key territories and markets, bringing new royalties and services to songwriters and rightsholders around the world.
